Strength and Hiit training
Hi, i’m Vicky π If you really care about results, then I’m your person. Growing up in sports, I’ve been a swimming pro and a fitness “freak” since the age of 4.
I am highly specialized in Strength and Hiit training and my goal is to make my clients feel confident with themselves and achieving their own goals.
My strategic plan includes an introductory assessment in which I will be able to identify your fitness goals as well as your strengths and weaknesses. Next, I will create a personalized action plan that will include your workouts and nutrition.

Each session will take place :
-INDOORS, at your home or at the gym which I am cooperative in Paddington, Notting hill and
Knightsbridge.
-OUTDOORS in HYDE PARK or any park of your choice.
Services are provided in WEST, NORTH WEST, SOUTH WEST, CENTRAL LONDON.
Happy to travel to other London locations-Prices will vary.
Couples and groups of 2people also acceptable as long as similar goals and fitness level.

Strength or resistance training will help you build muscle and reduce the loss of muscle mass. I will help you get stronger session by session, inside and out. (suggestion 2*week first 6 weeks later increase to 3*week including gym training)
I will assess your lifestyle and tailor a plan to bring you into your best shape. If weight loss is your goal calorie deficit nutrition plan will be suggested as well hiit and resistance training(suggestion 2*week with me plus on your own)
This is a program if you are looking to make a true commitment to your health. You will have to train 3*week with me for 3 months. Nutrition plan will be given to you,resistance training mix of medium and heavy loads plus hiit training to boost your metabolism burn fat and build muscles . You will expect to work hard but it will get you in the best shape of your life.
Yoga training will help you increase flexibility,balance,reduce stress and improve posture. You will expect to flow through a sequence of posture including some inversions (we can always adapt according to the level).
If you do not live or work in London I can still assist you with your training via live video calls. You will need a mat and some dumbbells/weight equipment.
